NextGen API Conversion –
Don’t blink, it’s that fast. The Encompass NextGen APIs deliver the performance you expect from your mobile POS. The system is experiencing 300% speed increases in posting new loans, uploading documents and LO Portal load times. This Major update is utilizing all the most recent API updates provided by ICE MT “Encompass”.
Soft Pull Credit Via Xactus
Addition of Soft Pull Access through Xactus with seamless delivery to LO Portal, Encompass Web, and Smartclient. Use the loan calculator from within the LO Portal to generate single and multiple borrower soft pull credit reports. All reports are available in the web document manager inside of the LO portal. *Feature must be activated by company administrator.
Loan Calculator FHA MI Enhancement
When issuing new calculated loan amount files via the LO Portal Loan Calculator Module FHA loans will now auto process MIP/FF calculations on every run.
VOI/VOE – FORM FREE
FormFree Verification of Employment and Income is now live. This feature allows Loan officers to use the V1.8 POS Encompass BIG POS Dashboard to issue VOIE tasks to display to the Borrower.. The Borrower can use their POS portal to look up their employer and automatically sync their paystubs and w2 forms directly to the Encompass eFolder. *Feature must be activated by company administrator.
VOA – FORM FREE
FormFree Verification of Assets is now live. This feature allows Loan officers to use the V1.8 POS Encompass BIG POS Dashboard to issue VOA tasks to display to the Borrower. The Borrower can use their POS portal to look up their bank and automatically sync their bank statements and w2 directly to the Encompass eFolder. *Feature must be activated by company administrator.
NEW BIG POS Input Form V188.8.131.52.23
The New Version of the BIG POS Input Form and Encompass Plugin integrates the benefits of the Next Gen API to speed up task clearance and creation. VOIE/VOA task issuance and clearance and auto Econsent association have received enhancements.
Pre-Qualification / Pre-Approval Enhancements
Pre Qualifications will now generate and redirect the loan officer to the Version 2 Document manager. In addition, pre-Approvals and pre-qualifications are now available in the POS Document Viewer and the Encompass Web eFolder. Borrower portals can now see pre-approvals in the document manager instantaneously.
Borrower Portal Vault – Presentation Layer
API speed enhancements have been made to the borrower portal document vault allowing for loan officers to quickly assign any eFolder document to the “Borrower Portal Vault”. The document becomes instantly available to consumers and loan officers using the BIG POS Web Document manager.
Upon completion of the initial application borrower will now have their loan file automatically associated with consumer connect and eConsent tasks will be automatically issued. Manual eConsent is now only required when the file point of entry is smart client first.

· Suggestion – Changed button text on initial Borrower page to read “Create Account”, instead of “Sign Up”.
