Every MAT Kiosk comes with a 90-day factory warranty. You can choose to extend that Maintenance & Service Agreement for 2 years at purchase for a full replacement guarantee. The service and support contract are paid monthly over the course of the contract. The Realtime monitoring dashboard will remotely inform you if the system if offline or powered off with its last up time and geographic information.
Kiosk Screen Monthly Maintenance Agreement
MAT Kiosks come with a 90-day factory warranty, which can be extended via this maintenance and service for an additional 2 years at purchase for a complete replacement guarantee. With our monthly service and support contract, you can rest easy knowing that your kiosk is always functioning optimally. The Realtime monitoring dashboard provides remote updates about your system’s status, including any downtime and location data.
About Our Kiosks Maintenance Agreement
Our Kiosks Maintenance Agreement covers all hardware defects, including the motherboard, power supply, cameras, touch screen, and data cards. In addition, all service agreements come with a 5-day direct replacement screen replacement plan, with a $100.00 deductible applied to all replacements, including shipping costs within the continental US for standard ground. However, please note that cases, stands, and mounts are not included in the warranty, and we do not cover self-service repairs, theft, or cracked screens caused by falling or intentional damage.
