MAT LoanPad Kiosks come with a 90-day factory warranty, which can be extended for an additional 2 years at purchase for a complete replacement guarantee. With our monthly service and support contract, you can rest easy knowing that your kiosk is always functioning optimally. The Realtime monitoring dashboard provides remote updates about your system’s status, including any downtime and location data.
About Our LoanPad Kiosks Maintenance Agreement
Our LoanPad Kiosks Maintenance Agreement covers all hardware defects, including the motherboard, power supply, cameras, touch screen, and data cards. In addition, all warrantees come with a 5-day direct replacement screen replacement plan, with a $50.00 deductible applied to all replacements, including shipping costs within the continental US for standard ground. However, please note that cases, stands, and mounts are not included in the warranty, and we do not cover self-service repairs, theft, or cracked screens caused by falling or intentional damage.
